I help activists, makers and social entrepreneurs to bring positive change through colourful visual identities, eco-conceived websites and radical printed matter, with generosity and care.
An identity for a very unusual place, in the walls of the WdKA, where second-hand materials are available for free. A flexible visual system, based on vibrant colors, unfolds between posters, flyers, wayfinding and social media posts.
For a few months, I researched the structures that allowed a free space to regenerate, with a close look at how they archive their practice. I investigated how this space could perform solidarity outside of the capitalist system for so long. The result was a free-form publication with a loose binding, supporting an exhibition.
Where to find information and tutorials in a print workshop that is always busy with students? This visual system answers that question, through playful pictograms and smart spatial mapping.
Thomas is a french "brocanteur" who is very specific about the items he offers on his flee-market. He needed a bespoke identity, romantically vintage, with a modern touch. The identity is built on glyphs from the typeface Savate to create various pieces of furniture, just like you'd assemble your home decoration with things gathered left and right. The whole comes together in an e-commerce platform, with granular filters to help you find little treasures!
Navigating Het Nieuwe Intstituut is not easy, specifically when a symposium involves a complex program with dozens of workshops. Through a flexible visual system which translates the theme of the event (regeneration), visitors could find their way through the museum and attedn the right workshops.
In French, we have this wisdom, “Tables bridge friendships”. A table is a place of gathering, mediation and of course, creation. Supporting and working with local communities is central to my work. Through design, I wish to bring people together and give power to initiatives and companies that fight for a radical change. As a conscious designer, I actively work to make a positive ecological and social impact.
